We have a custom board based on AT91SAM9G45 processor. I am trying to boot the board and flash Boot strap and boot loader into NAND flash using SAM-BA, instead of ICE.
Once, I power the board, the processor is not switching to SAM-BA boot and "ROM BOOT" message is not seen in DEBUG port. Also, the board is not detected as USB device in the HOST PC. Am able to connect the board using DEBUG COM Port and access NAND flash. I am able to ERASE & Load Boot Strap in the NAND Flash. However, after reset am not seeing any DEBUG messages printed from Boot strap in the DEBUG Port and u-boot is not getting loaded.

Appreciate on any inputs that can be provided to solve this issue.

Section 49.2.7, page 1198, of the datasheet ref doc 6438F-ATARM-21-Jun-10 mentions USB problems related to SAM-BA on power up.

Have you implemented the suggested work around and it still does not work for you?
