 Post subject: SAM3U1 + USB. SAM-BA hangs up.

Hello all!
I have a project SAM3U1 + USB connector. I'll try to burn internal SAM3U Flash. I start SAM-BA GUI, see all the internal memory and can change values in it. But I can't change internal Flash, its reasonable. To programm internal Flash I should load applet into SRAM and start it. But when I press "Enable Flash access" SAM-BA GUI hangs up. I can't do anything with it.
HELP!!!
