I've trouble with the execution of a file *.bin on the AT91SAM9G20.
I use sam-ba v.2.10 gui version for load a file *.bin on AT91SAM9G20, the *.bin file is loaded on SDRAM, but the *.bin file is not executed.
How can I do for execute the *.bin file on SDRAM.

Wouldn't you just initialize the SDRAM, and download your code there, at say 0x20000000, and then type "go 0x20000000" in the command window?

Most of the EK (Eval Kits) have a CD with a "getting_started" application, that describes/demonstrates the process.
