Hi,

I installed the Windows XP under the Vmware Player3.1.4 ,and install the Samba2.11 in the XP OS.
Connect the USB cable,and XP can find sam9g20 that appear the "AT91 USB to Serial Converter(COM4)" in device managment.

Run samba2.11,select the connection is \USBserial\COM4 and board select "at91sam9g20-ek",click the Connect button,wait for a moment,popup a infomation windows as below:
External RAM initialization failed.
External RAM access is required to run applets.
Continue anyway?

select 'Yes',popup the main windows;
select "Enable Nandflash",click Execute;
Then Output as following:
-I- Nandflash::Init(trace level:4)
-I- Loading applet applet-nandflash-at91sam9g20.bin at address 0x20000000

and the main windows is blocked, why? how to resolve?

In addition, I install samba2.8 in windows2000 of Vmware, and anything work is OK,such as enable sam9g20 nandflash or burning the bootstrap/uboot/kernel/fs,etc.

Thanks for your help,

bluetooth
