Hi, I wanted to ask if running Android on board development SBC
(Single-Board Computer) I can run programs (processes) as a superuser?
I need to know, because I want to write a driver to manipulate and
communicate with the usb connected external device, a non-root users
can not open or save the data to the stream represented by the
associated file from the USB port in / dev. Thank you in advance for
your reply.

For our releases on SAM9 boards,the default user of Android console is the superuser root.So some commands supported by Android can be run by root users.
