Hey,

I have a AT91SAM9M10-EKES board on which 2.1 android is running which i got from android4SAM webpage(http://www.at91.com/android4sam/bin/vie ... eBuildDemo).
The problem is i cannot record voice with the microphone. The android crashes and i have to restart the board. When i debug the voice recording application the following error is shown:

ERROR/ALSALib(733): external/alsa-lib/src/pcm/ pcm.c:2210:(snd_pcm_open_noupdate) Unknown PCM AndroidCapture

Can someone help me find the problem? I have tried changing asound.conf but that does not help, is there a problem with the driver in Alsa or something else ?

The board doesn't have a SoundRecorder module,when test the SoundRecorder and this function will cause the system crash.

So this means that i cannot record with the board? :(
I also cannot use a SIP VoIP application because of this...

Can i get Soundrecorder module somewhere to add to the board?

Is this sound recording problem somehow connected to the AT91SAM9M10-EKES hardware or this is actualy a software solution problem? Do you maybe know if a similar problem with ALSA sound recording also exists on AT91SAM9M10G45-EK hardware?

In fact, this is not a problem,Sound recording is not supported at present due to there is no appropriate software implementation.
