I'm selling a memory extension board with an embedded ehternet controller (10Mbps).
This board has 2 MB of Sram,1 MB of Flash and of course the Ethernet Controller the CS8900.
It is compatible with all the AT91 evaluation boards, we use it mostly with the AT91EB55, but the board was tested successfully with the AT91EB01 and the AT91EB63.

p.s. The SRAM uses the same adresses as the AT91MEC01, the only difference is the Flash and the ethernet controller
