Now, I'm trying to implement the ethernet driver of at91sam9261 board.
The figure2-3 in the manual "AT91SAM9261-EK Evaluation Board User Guide" shows that the ethernet chip(Davicom DM9000) is connected to EBI, I have read the manual, but still have no idea of how to set ethernet chip register from EBI.
Does anyone know how? Thx

I got it after I have read the dm9000 chip's manual "DM9000 32/16/8-Bit Three-In-One Fast Ethernet Controller Application Notes V1.22"

The I/O base is 0x30000000

does the davicom chip have a mac address and how can you access it.
I can read venor id model no etc ,Do i need to register with ieee to be able to have a real mac address?
or is it stored somewhere i dont know
