They are supplied with 'prototype' boards that present the micro I/Os to .1" pitch pins.. you then wire them up to the peripherals using jumpers cables or wire wrap. - Its much more flexible then the Atmel evaluation kits..

I have also designed the module into products.. Only drawback is I have seen micro resets due to EMC susceptibility, but we do have 10's of KV floating around..

When ordering, they use a polish paypal equivalent, and don’t take Maestro but do take Visa.
In my experience they do respond to emails within a day or two and ship quickly after the order is placed if it is in stock.

I have no connection with the company other than my experience as a customer and I use them because they are cheap!
