Hi,

sorry for stupid question.

This is my first stab to embedded and I am pretty much lost at the moment

But where do I find the jumper settings and locations on AT91SAM9263-EK. For example I am not able to locate jumpers J5 and J6.
I have the pdf-files of the board and the picture in PDF is so bad that I can't figure this out.
So I after a list of jumpers and their locations on the board.

I don't know where you can find a list of the jumpers and their locations, but J5 is the set of jumpers next to the place to insert a coin battery backup (with places to set everything from VDDCORE to VDDOSC), and J6 is the (unpopulated) external clock near that same place to insert a coin battery backup. Are there other jumpers you're looking for that I might be able to help out with?
