I just got my first ARM processor and the shiny SAM-ICE to go with it. I've compiled the sample projects using IAR Embedded Workbench, I've connected to my ARM using the SAM-ICE interface and I've programmed the device. Thats where everything turns bad. Although the device is programmed, it doesn't seem to do anything... None of the sample programs have done what they are supposed to do. I've tried programming it to a number of different memory locations to no avail. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what I may be doing wrong?
Thanks
P.S. I'm programming it through the command line prompt of J-Link ARM v3.24e. If anyone knows a better way (since you have to pay to use the GUI version of J-Link) of programming it, let me know. Also, when I program it to XXXXXX location, and try to verify it using the GUI, it always fails verification at XXXXX44 (Read: 0xCC, Expected 0xA0).
Edit: Nevermind. I got it to work with Sam-Prog. *Totally censored* J-Link
