Hi, i'm new to Keil and unfortunately got a lot of problems with it!
My Target is AT91FR40162S.

As AT91FR40162S and AT91R40008 Both are same except FLASH in onchip for AT91FR40162S.

So in the Keil folder under Atmel folder i got Hello program in EB40A as specific to AT91FR40162S there is no example.

I think program for EB40A will also run for AT91FR40162S as it contains example for AT91R40008.

there is no compiler error, but when i start the debugger to simulate the MCU, it shows an error:

*** error 65: access violation at 0x00000000 : no 'write' permission

can anybody tell me the reason why is this happening and solution for this problem

1. there is also a KEIL forum for question concerning the KEIL tools http://www.keil.com/forum/
2. there is a documentation for the KEIL tools
3. when I enter the error code in a public internet search, the first hit gaves me hints to fix it

Programming controllers isn't easy, I had the same problems when I began, but there will be noone doing your homework for you...
