AT91SAM9G45M10EK_SRC_CE6_v140 BSP errors

I used the AT91SAM9G45M10EK_SRC_CE6_v140 BSP to build a WinCE image.
There are the following issues when downloading to the target.
There are a few issues. Has anyone seen these issues and know how to fix them?
