Hi everyone!

I'm experiencing some really weird behaviour of my Olimex board and I'd be very grateful to anyone helping me. I was testing the capture mode of Timer 0 of AT91SAM7S-P64 under CrossWorks while suddenly interrupts stopped responding. The worst thing is that after that, JTAG stopped responding and I couldn't connect to the board using Macraigor Wiggler. Now I am unable to use JTAG at all - CrossWorks doesn't connect to the board neither does H-JTAG - "Unable to find target". It worked well for weeks, now it's gone. Wiggler and my PC are okay for sure as I tested it with Keil MCB2130 and it worked fine. I tried to flash the AT91 chip using USB and SAM-BA and Atmel's PenDrive example app and it works fine. But I'm unable to debug my apps...

in CW 1.5 I had to add a reset of the AIC to the target scripts. Otherwise the CPU might be caught in an interrupt and will never return.

thanx for advice, eventually it turned out that after a short while ISP programming feature was also gone and now the board is useless. I had to order another one quickly and the faulty one was sent back for testing. By the way, can anyone tell me - is there any kind of software availible for testing the chip using Macraigor Wiggler and boundary scan feature? Is it possible?
