The 9260-EK has the pads for a QFP, you'd have to remove the BGA part, and there are boards with BGA sockets, but the sockets are pretty expensive.

I think that at91sam9263 is BGA and not in QFP. yes?

Note: I need 2layer pcb. But I thins atsam9260-ek is more than 2layer. Yes?

I worked with at91sam9260-ek (customized), but I have more problem. So I want work with an trustable Eval-Kit of ARM9 with this futures:
1- with ARM chip
2- Booting with linux or wince
3- the chip package not in BGA. I need qfp.
4- not old product.
5- 2 layer pcb

I'm hard pressed to see any board meeting your criterion. Two layer boards are not predisposed to running ARM chips at 200+ MHz and external SDRAM/EBI buses at 100+ MHz, you've got issues with signal integrity and power distribution.

A couple of people have done 2 layer designs, but the boards all look pretty large, which is the opposite end of the form factor most of us target.

I'd also want to check the availability of the 9260 QFP.

I believe the 9260-EK is an 8 layer board.

Hi
Mea culpa. At91sam9263 is in BGA indeed. 4-layer board should be enough. You can produce them quite cheaply in eurocircuits. You should remember about avoiding buried and blind vias. After all, you should not be afraid of multilayer boards

Assume Hamzeh is in an embargoed country where PCB fabrication and manufacturing tech is generally unavailable, or difficult.

Yes, this tech is difficult and expensive for me.
