By looking at the EB40A schematics, I find pull-up resistor on data bus. Is there a reason ?
I do not find the value of these resistors.

The pull-up resistors has been implemented to avoid over consumption in Idle Mode only (when the core is in sleep mode): In this mode, the data bus drivers are in entry, therefore, as all CMOS input the user must force (through pull-ups) the logical level in order to avoid stray switching.
100kOhms are sufficient values to polarize CMOS input buffers.
