i bought a at91rm9200 dk. unfortunately there is no development software..
so i downloaded metrowerks codewarrior 30-day-trial version and i tried to download some software over the serial cable to the controller. but it did not work.

does there exist a good instruction pdf or something, which explains how to configure codewarrior to connect to my board properly?

Yes, you will find all you need on the CDROM provided with your board, specially a getting started for the rm9200-dk (section getting started ARM)
The CDROM is also available on the at91 forum on our ftp site ftp://at91dist:distrib@81.80.104.162/ !

Concerning the development softwares, you can download from the atmel.com web site several stand alone that can help you starting quickly.
