If I understand your request, you are looking for the AT91SAM7SE-EK
evaluation board with the ARM7 chip with 512K on board flash? I do
not know what electronics distributors close to you may carry this, but
there are several based in the United States which seem to have some in stock.
Go to this page on the ATMEL website:

Then locate and click on the link that says "Check Distributor Inventory".
This will bring you to another page which has links to some US distributors
that carry this. I know that at least one of them (digikey.com) does ship internationally. You should probably call them to make sure this is the item you want rather than just placing the order over the internet. Since this
part number is VERY CLOSE to the "other" evaluation board with 256K
Flash, it is possible that there might be some confusion with the links.
