Am using AT91SAM9260-EK board. I am trying to flash U-boot, Kernel image e.t.c using SAM-BA. I pressed button BP4 while booting the board. Now, the board is recogonised and am able to invoke SAM-BA. However, after flashing (in NAND) U-boot.bin and the kernel image the board is not booting. Am getting ROMBOOT message on my Hyperterminal and then it just hangs. I think bootloader is not executed and am not sure what is the problem.

Can somebody provide me the valid Bootloader image for me flash for AT91SAM9260-EK board? Any help / insight on the problem will be of great help :)

Thanks in Advance.

Two things. Replace R36 and R40 on the 9260EK board with either an jumper or a switch. Disconnecting the CS signal works much better than this BP4/Reset thisng, especially if you mess up the bootbin load. Also don't forget to use the "load bin file" script option to load the bootbin file. This sets the proper vectors needed to correctly run the bootbin file. As for files, I use the ones at linux4sam.org, they work on my 9260EK board.
