at91sam9263ek can't establish USB connection with PC

Hi!!!

I can't connect to the PC with my at91sam9263ek
ATMEL AT91xxxxx Test Board doesn't appear in the taskbar notification area neither the \usb\ARM0 option in the SAM-BA GUI Application

any idea???

Is there a chance you are using a USB hub? If you are try connecting to a USB port directly on your development PC.

I've also had good results using SAM-BA v2.4 with the same target as you have.

Hi!!!

noi donÂ´t , I connect the USB port directly on my PC.

the problem is I can't get anything from USB. The SAM-BA application doesn't see the board and I don't see anything in the device manager about the unit. It's like the USB port isn't working either...
And when I tried the COM1 a get a FATAL

rocessor ID not foud

Im using AT91SAM9263-ek and the SAm-Ba 2.7

Did you solve this problem yet?
I seem to have the same problem: My PC does not recognize my eval board. The com port is not registered so
SAM-BA doesn't see the board.

Yes I did!!!
I had a wrong image programmed in NAND Flash and the board was trying to boot from there... I just remove the NANDCS jumper!!!
