I am designing a customised board based on AT91SAM9263EK board.
I want to use microSD card.For connecting this I want to use microSD connector only instead of using Sd card adapter.
i.e replacing SD card connector with microSD connector.

I have gone through the connection details.
Sd card connector is having a connection named MCI1_CD pin connected to pin number PE18 which is used as interrupt pin for card detection.
There is no such connection available for microSd connector.

So will it be ok if I leave that connection hanging.
Will the microSD card be detected in this case.
