I search in the forumus for topic in subject, but I'm confused.
It's possible to boot from nand flash ?
If yes, which images should I use and where I can find?

boot from nand flash (and SDCard) are possible with marketing revision B of CPU.
Marketing Revision B ordering code: AT91SAM9263B-CU
Chip-ID: AT91SAM9263 Revision B chip ID is: 0x019607A2

My At91sam9263-ek rev B mount revision A cpu.
