I have one question about this programming method.

The datasheet sais that you need to active to high TST, PGMEN0 and PGMEN1, and active to low PGMEN2 for program the flash with the JTAG.

But checking the sch of the evaluation board, i hadn't seen any relation between those pins and the JTAG connector. But i can so far program with my JTAG without any problem (using yagarto toolchain etc etc)

So my question is.... if i design a board, will i need to connect (or do something) with those pins for program the flash across the JTAG? Why the datasheet mention those pins and i can program the flash without take care them?

Are they different methods? xD

Well, i'll answer myself.

For SAM-BA, i need the PGMEN0/1/2 on high. This is possible because the pull-up resistor is enabled by default at the start.

But my question about program with the JTAG stills there...
