HELP: my AT91SAM9263-EK rev.b can NOT boot from NANDflash

my AT91SAM9263-EK rev.b can boot u-boot from data flash. AND it can boot WinCE or Linux from DATAFLASH. I found it can boot from the NANDFLASH from the datasheet, and then i downloaded the nand flash boot files from internet,I tried to write the Nandflash boot files to the NANDFLASH according to the spec. setting.
BUT the last, my AT91SAM9263-EK rev.b still can NOT boot from NANDflash.

why? need to set or change the hardware.?

To get access to nandflash (flashing and booting) jumper J29 has to be used (-> closed).

I am newbie and i am using AT91SAM9263ek Revision b (development board from atmel). I am currently using images of bootstrap and uboot from

I am trying to boot up from nand flash. I am using address(from sam-ba) 0x20000 for uboot and 0x0 for bootstrap. There is
UBOOT display on LCD but there is no serial output display. I am not sure what is the problem.

Can any1 please advise me? Appreciate your help.
