I have purchased AT91SAM9263-EK.I want to develop my own board with reference to evaluation kit schematics given and software provided.
1)How to fuse the RAM code in the RAM space of the IC?
2)What tools do we need to do it?
3)Is SAM ICE JTAG Emulator sufficient?
4)Where do i find the RAM Code?

Sorry i have small change in my question.That geos as below...
