I am trying to setup by board. I would like to use the SDRAM and the ETM(with debugger and trace from Lauterbach).

The SDRAM seems to work fine. I could download code and it executes fine.

The ETM also works fine when I execute code from ITCM.

But when I execute from SDRAM the ETM frames is corrupted. It is similar when I execute code in ITCM and use SDRAM for data.

I have seen in the documentation that it is only possible to use the SDRAM in 16bit mode when the ETM is used. The range that could be accessed is also limited since only A0-A22 could be use when the ETM is used. It seem like I have missed something in my setup.

Does anyone have an example for setting this up?

It seems like it is necessary to remove the second SDRAM bank when using the ETM. Or disable it by always pulling CS high.

This requires modification of the hardware or is there another way?
