Spamming the forum is bound to win you lots of friends.
If the board was defective you should have RMA'd it four years ago, it's going to be several generations obsolete by now.
If you can't talk to it via serial/usb, then slap on a JTAG and confirm it has the default apps, or is remotely functional. Double check jumpers, check the schematic and pin settings in case there is a mis-documented setting, or board revision, or errata.
Round these parts we have phones, call your local distributor or FAE for support, if your project is remotely viable you'll get some support. If it is not you'll likely have to become self supporting, and have to read through all the documentation, and configure your own tools.
What ATMEL, ST, NXP, Motorola, et al, won't do is staff your project with competent engineers.
