Hello,

there are two Image files 'at91rm9200ek-dataflash.img' and 'at91rm9200ek-extflash.img' for the ek board running Qtopia 1.7.0.

Are there any sources to 'rebuild' these Images ?

Hello,

unfortunately not , the Qtopia Demo for the EK is owned by Metrowerks.
