SQL Injection problems

Well, I don't try to inject sql statements but start a new topic (in the Android section).

However the server software keeps complaining about me submitting a sql-injection attempt.

I'm getting this error message too. I got it when I was looking at the list of Software products and I wanted to change the number of item per page from 10 to 100 (in the drop down box at the bottom of the page). When I selected the new number, I got this SQL injection error.
