New user registration process

That's actually transparent for the user, but all the users will have to be validated by the moderators from now.
Althougth a new user will be able to post topics on the forum, if refused by a moderator, all the messages he will have posted will be removed, he will be banned, as well as his IP address.
We hope this will limit the impact of the undesirable posts.

im also facing same problems. with great difficulty i managed to post a topic in the forum. it says"You are not authorised to read this forum". please check.
