Hi,

I have built bootstrap, u-boot, linux kernel and buildroot as per directions on the linux4sam website.
I am developing on Xubuntu Linux and would like to know the tools I can use for flashing the board
as well as debugging the execution.

I have a SAM ICE from Segger which seems to be for Windows.
Is it possible to use this from Linux?

Regards,
Anup

Yes you can use the SAM-ICE under Linux. Concerning board programming you can use SAMBA GUI for Linux:

Hi gpouly,

For programming the board:
SAM-BA linux crashes with a file flush error on specifying the ttyUSB device and the board number.

For board development:
I believe that the windows installation requires a critical DLL from the Jlink software provided by Segger.
How is this achieved in Linux?

Kindly elaborate on the linux setup.

Regards,
Anup
