Hi,

I am pretty new to this and am guessing that the source of my problem will be obvious to everyone else :-) but anyhelp would be very appreciated please. Anyway I have a SAM3N-EK eval board and a Segger SAM-ICE. I have followed the instructions on http://www.yagarto.de/howto.html and in Atmel's doc6310 and I believe that the GDB Server for J-Link SAM-ICE, GNU ARM toolchain and Eclipse is installed and I can build Yagarto's SAM3N4CTest from http://www.yagarto.de/examples/index.html and I can use the debugger and step through the program.

So next I have tried to use Atmel's Getting Started Example available in their SAM3N_softpack_1.0_for_CodeSourcery_2010q1 software package available here: http://www.atmel.com/dyn/products/tools ... ly_id=2245. The getting started example consists of a main.c file and a makefile. I followed the instructions in atmel's doc6310 and put the project together, and I have tried both importing the files and have tried changing the defualt location to point to the files (and changing the locations in the makefile) both methods when I try to build the project result in:

make all
arm-none-eabi-gcc.exe: error: C:/yagarto/yagarto-tools-20100703/lib: No such file or directory
arm-none-eabi-gcc.exe: error: C:/yagarto/yagarto-tools-20100703/lib: No such file or directory
make: *** [flash] Error 1

I agree that No such file or directory exists and can see where lib directories actually are:
C:\yagarto\arm-none-eabi\lib
C:\yagarto\lib
there isnt one in here:
C:\yagarto\yagarto-tools-20100703
but there is C:\yagarto\yagarto-tools-20100703\bin
I have tried reinstalling yagarto tools.

So I am guessing that I need to find out where the setting is that's looking for C:/yagarto/yagarto-tools-20100703/lib but I am not having any luck and havent found anything by googling. Could somebody point me in the right direction please?

You should probably examine the environment variable ULIBDIR
