Happy Wednesday,
I'm trying to profile some code in AVR Studio 5 using an emulated ATMega1280 board, but can't seem to find a tool to do any profiling. Does one exist? And, if not, is there a (relatively) painless way to profile my code using an emulated board?

Try an AVR forum, the AT91 series use ARM processors.
