Hi everybody,

we want to use Terridian 78Q2133 ethernet phy with at91sam9263.
For that I have a few questions:

1. On last board we use DP83848i in RMII and we had to connect the 50MHz phy crystal signal to sam9263 ETXCK pin. The Terridian doesn't have an external crystal. Is this signal needed in MII?

2. Does the type of phy matter to the buildroot linux? Or is only the communication to the arm emac and the right configuration of the MII pins important?

3. Is someone using this phy?
