impossible! only if your screen has resolution 640x480

you have to know the resolution and pixel clock, first ..
It's not relate to Panel Size..
There are many different LCD Panels, and different resolution,
even same size, and it's possible diffferent resolution ..

after know the resolution, you have to know the interface ,it's TTL or LVDS interface.
TTL is no problem , if it's LVDS then you have to put LVDS transmitter in you hw.
better connect with 9263EK is TTL and 18bit TTL interface.

then you have to Know the Panel pixel clock, for example 640x480@60Hz need ~25Mhz.
and 800x600@60Hz need ~45MHz , you can find it in Panel Spec.

the you have to calcuate MCK in 9263 , to divide suitable pixel clock to panel ..
then set correct front porch , and back porch...
then you can get correct timing ...

but be aware of the pixelclock
if pixelclock is 50 MHz and memory bus speed 100MHz, CPU will not have much time for the OS.

Since the AT91SAM)263 has TWO buses, the CPU will have plenty of time if
the display is on the secondary bus.
Unfortunately, the SDRAM controller on the secondary bus
is multiplexed with the Ethernet, so you are either losing
the Ethernet, or you have to go to PSRAM which is only 40 MHz.
The SAM9G45 does not have this problem and is therefore a much
better solution for large resolution screens.
I believe people have been running 1024 x 768 with the SAM9G45
