Hello,
after reading this post:

i m unsure where the bootstrap @ the at91sam9g45 is located.
at the moment i m designing an custom board and need to now if an extern serial flash is necessary for the bootstrap.

Where is the bootstrap located? Is an external Flash necessary?
im unsure....

Hello,
i ve found the info.
the bootstrap is in the internal rom.
first side in the datasheet *sorry*
