Why 9G20 board halted on "u-boot->" with SAM-BA VS JLINK

Strange:
1.Why one 9G20 board halted on 'u-Boot->' after SAM-BA loaded u-boot and kernal into NAND flash through USB? SAM-BA check NAND flash have no bad block,
2. At the same time ,JLINK command could not collect to JTAG with "could not find supported Core"?
3. The other board is ok ,which could normally boot linux kernal

How to detect where 's the issue coming from ,even BGA welding issue?

If you suspect the BGA soldering (shorts), or non-planar pads/fill (voids), you'd want to X-Ray the board.

It seem X-ray is ok but it is strange that stop on U-BOOT ?

Check the value of "bootdelay" in the u-boot environment. It needs to be set to a positive value to auto boot. If it is set to -1 autoboot is disabled. If it is not there it may disable autoboot also.
