AT91sam9xe + SDRAM (16bit) + NANDFLASH (8bit) + LCD froze

Hello everybody,

I have BIG problem with configuration main board where is AT91sam9xe + SDRAM (16bit) + NANDFLASH (MICRON 8bit, 4-bit ECC) + LCD (at AT91C_EBI_CS0 and AT91C_EBI_CS2).

Main programm hangs randomly (hangs in DefaultSpuriousHandler function). How I configure peripherals SMC + bus MATRIX + EBI in order to work together at the same time?

did you check the example project "basic-nandflash-project-at91sam9xe-ek" of the software packageß

yes I'm check the example project "basic-nandflash-project-at91sam9xe-ek". NANDFLASH is OK. But if I write to the NANDFLASH and I write to the LCD over SMC (0,2) my program froze (hangs in DefaultSpuriousHandler function). I use also USB host port, Ethernet, PIT interrupt. May be hardware problem. I read data from USB and wirte to the NANDFLASH. I use SDRAM for RAM.
