 Post subject: AT91 COM PORT Assignment Problems

I am using a development board with an AT91Sam chip. When i plug in the board to the computer with Windows XP or Windows 7, the com port is automatically assigned. My problem is that I am unable to view port settings for this particular Com port. The tab is simple not there

Can anyone tell me is that is any setting in AT91 firmware or something
