Thanks to gerhard and Cptitanic .

I have referred the AT91SAM9G20-CU Data sheet and I found "User Interface " section and the last column giving information about the reset state of the registers.

But its not giving the PIN state either low or High. How to get those pin status after reset?.

For PIO A ,B,C no problem I got the answer.
Now the problem with SDRAM module ,NAND Flash module pins? which state it will be? Please guide me?!
