Hello

I am about to start the design and board layout with the Atmel AT91SAM9G45 processor with Nand Flash, DDR2 ram chips and LCD controller as well as some USB high speed ports.

I was wondering if those of you who have done something like this, can maybe give me a few pointers as to how many layers such a board should have and also what sort of board layer stack to use. I susppose I will have to use buried or blind vias as well?

Any other advise as to what to watch out for will also be greatly appreciated.

Best regards
Bernt
