I'm using AT91SAM9G20-EK(2mmc-Slots) Custom board with 16 Bit NAND Flash MT29F2G16AABWP-ET.
In order to build linux in this board(AT91SAM9G20-EK with 16 Bit NAND Flash MT29F2G16AABWP-ET ), what are modifications I should do with
1. Bootstrap

2.U-Boot

3.Linux-Kernel

4. Root file system.

Please help me to proceed.

I think that part is already in the nand_ids.h table of at91bootstrap, it should be able to auto-identify it. Check the datasheet and ID values against the table, which also contains memory geometry information. For new/different parts you would need to add data to this table. Subsequent code should also be able to detect the part.

The kernel code does not support autodetect. There is a compiler directive you need to set, in the board file I think, that selects the proper code to compile for 16 bit bus operation of the NAND flash.
