Hi,
Where can I get the details of registers, exception modes, interrupts etc for the AT91SAM9XE512 microcontroller?

Go to ATMEL's page for the product and download the technical summary and manual.

Go to ARM's site for the ARM9 and ARM926EJ-S technical reference manuals.
