9G45 High speed usb host does not work!any advice?

my custom 9g45 board high speed usb host does not work, it can only work in full speed mode, any advice will be kind! thinks!

usb 1-2: new high speed USB device using atmel-ehci and address 4
hub 1-0:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 2
usb 2-2: new full speed USB device using at91_ohci and address 3
usb 2-2: not running at top speed; connect to a high speed hub
usb 2-2: New USB device found, idVendor=17ef, idProduct=3818
usb 2-2: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=3
usb 2-2: Product: USB Flash Drive

my flash disk is 2.0 high speed, but i can only work in full speed

I also have a SOM we designed around the 9G45. We just did a build run of a few hundred boards and am seeing this issue on some of my boards. They were all built at the same time and with the same CPU lot code.

Is there a bug that we are not aware of?
