hi all

i am using oasis technologies AT91SAM9260 Ek board..i'm trying to connect it thru serial port. and it is showing ROMboot> prompt at the terminal..

After that i am trying to send my .bin file thru SAMBA2.11 ..but i am unable to detect my board thru USB. it is asking to install the USB dongle drivers inorder to detect my explorer board..

So How can i dump my .bin file thru serial port .

Plz help me i am very much new to ARM9.

Thanks in advance.

Why wouldn't you just connect via SAM-BA using the serial port?

Or let it install the ATMEL USB drivers for 2.11 so the USB connectivity works.

Make sure to uninstall earlier versions of SAM-BA using different drivers.

Or contact Oasis Tech and have them support you?

If it is running code from Data or NAND Flash, see if you have an option to disconnect the CS (chip select) pins.

Try it on a different PC, Try it with a different OS, or versions of SAM-BA. (Win7 needs 2.11 to work)
