I am using at91sam9x35 for our development.I found that 2.6.39 patch available for this board.I tested the kernel and wifi drivers (rtl8712u and rtl8192cu) are not working with this kernel.The same happened to me with at91sam9263 also sometime before.But in 3.1 series of kernel, it was working fine with sam9263 board.Can you please post the 3.1 kernel patch for 9x35 board if you have any.

Our next development handhelds will be replaced by sam9x35.So we are waiting for this patch.

Can you please post the patch as soon as possible.
