Hi Everyone, Been searching for a while and haven't seen this problem anywhere so I thought I'd post and ask. We are using a SAM9G20 in our design. Has been working well for two years. Due to project environmental constraints we had to remove the external 32.768kHz oscillator and use the internal oscillator, OSCSEL = 0 through 10k pull down resistor. Since making this change, roughly 30% of our boards are experiencing an issue where they will only boot if the SAM-ICE jtag adapter is plugged in. It doesn't even have to be connected to a computer, just needs to be plugged into the board. As long as its there, everything functions as well as it ever has. But, once SAM-ICE is removed, we get nothing from the 9G20. No indications at all of boot. Any thoughts? |
