Hello mate,
I have a big problem, I can't comunicate with micro. The error is in figure:

My doubt is about the connection of JTAGSEL, RTCK and NTRSR; I have connected all in this mode:

Where is the error? Thanks.

Appear to be missing critical images here.

Can you connect with SAM-BA using the serial or USB connection? Can you see the RomBOOT prompt at a serial terminal?

If the CPU is not coming up, JTAG isn't going to help you. Check supplies and clocks, etc.

How does the wiring differ from the EK's JTAG port?

Does the JLink.exe console provide any error or diagnostic info?

Thank you for your answer. In attachment the images of the error by Jlink.exe and the complete schematic of the PCB. I have not connect VDDIOM and VDDANA, Is it a problem?

Thanks a lot for the support.

Skimming the documentation, having CLKMODESELECT grounded would seem to cause you a lot of grief. I think you need to confirm REFCLK is actually oscillating, and you have a clock coming out of CRYSTAL_OUT to run the SAM9.

What crystal does REFCLK use?

Hi, default CRYSTAL_OUT disabled. Can't run the SAM9 with internal oscillator?? So then I program dds enabling CRYSTAL_OUT. I don't know because that error by jlink. Skimming the DDS datasheet CLKMODESELECT must be high to use an external crystal (I use 20MHz crystal) thus one error is this; thank you checking the schematic and sorry for disturbing again: is it correct the schematic in attach ?I'll explain briefly: the complete schematic is this last but for order problem I had to implement the censored schematic in attachment to start th e programmation of the SAM9; from this drawback derives some error as that of the CLKMODESELECT.

Thanks

To be honest I don't know how well JTAG will function running from an SCLK (20-44 KHz internal RC, or 32.768 KHz external).

You might want to have a pull up on NRST, and a push button to ground it confirm if there is a reset issue.

I'd start by doing some basic "signs-of-life" tests to confirm the part was running, if there was any external bus activity, and the state of some of the critical signals and supplies.
