Hi atmel

I am using at91sam9g35 development board with kernel 2.6.35 and 2.6.39.I tried two toolchains,

1.codesourcery 2011.09
2.buildroot

I compiled RFS using buildroot with codesourcery 2011.09 toolchain and i am facing the problem when usb hub intialization,

hub 1-0:1.0: Cannot enable port 1. Maybe the USB cable is bad?
hub 1-0:1.0: Cannot enable port 1. Maybe the USB cable is bad?
hub 1-0:1.0: Cannot enable port 1. Maybe the USB cable is bad?
hub 1-0:1.0: Cannot enable port 1. Maybe the USB cable is bad?
hub 1-0:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 1

In buildroot toolchain also the same problem exists.The problem is same in both kernels.
But when i am using codesourcery 2010q1, the problem was not came
Why the usb hub works only with codesourcery 2010q1.?
Which one is culpirit?
Please i need this very urgent
