I use at91sam9g45 and Micron MT47H32M16 64 MB DDR2 single chip. DDR2 resides on standalone DDRSDRC (not EBI). The board is designed to utilize half-strength drives so that overshoots would be minimized.

With either driver strength configuration in CR, I can't see no difference on oscilloscope and a lot of boards from recent production do not work.

The bit is actually sent to the memory chip, but with no further impact on signaling.

I have published my details on http://indigo-systems.blogspot.com/2012 ... drive.html

Any help would be appreciated as it is life-or-death problem for my company.
